C

orporate photography and videography services” should be at the top of your business’ must-have list, and the statistics explain why. Just look at these statistics from HubSpot (which are just a few from a very long list of visual content marketing statistics):

·       “On average, people watch 17 hours of video content per week.”

·       “91% of consumers want to see more online videos from brands.”

·       “96% of consumers have watched an explainer video to learn more about a product.”

Now, don’t misinterpret these statistics; blog posts and copy are still an essential part of marketing your business. However, the statistics show that visuals are a powerful tool for browsers who are hungry for more information. Photos and videos do more than explain; they are a compelling way to show and educate potential customers and browsers.

It’s normal to have a few questions about procuring these valuable marketing assets; we’ve done our best to answer any questions you may have about photography and videography services. We provide them on a regular basis, and would be glad to answer any other questions not included in this blog.

What should I expect after I set up a photo and video shoot?

We can’t speak to other corporate photography and videography services, but we can tell you what to expect from our professionals.

The first step is the kickoff call we schedule at your convenience. During the call, we talk about your vision for your photos and videos and let you describe exactly what you want. We’ll also discuss logistical details, such as the date, layout of your facility (or facilities),schedule, etc. If more communication is needed, we’ll establish who to talk to and when and how to discuss.

On the day of the photo shoot, our photographer typically arrives in the morning and meets with your team. This is followed by a walk-through of the facility so the photographer can get a sense of the layout. During the shoot, our photographer utilized state-of-the-art equipment to capture your business from every angle, including arial shots, head shots, and close-ups of machinery and services.

When the shoot is complete, we send over your edited photos and videos approximately 48-72 hours after the shoot. Once received, we work with you and make any changes you request.

What about photo and video rights? Are there any limitations on how we can use the content from the shoot?

All the content produced in the shoot is yours to keep and use; simply, you can use all the photos and video for your digital and print marketing needs.
