Why should someone scrolling stop and view your video? If you are concisely able to share valuable information in an easy to understand way → you have some gold content.
  3. Know your video specs: Every social media platform has different standards and requirements for sizing. Beyond that many social media platforms even have different video format options depending on if you are sharing a post, story, reel, or going live. Generally, there are a few guidelines to follow to be sure your video content is fitting with each platforms preferences.
  4. Make sure you are staying up to date with each platform you post too’s standards for video specs.
  5. Always upload your videos in the highest quality possible
  6. Include closed captions and alternative test to ensure that everyone is able to see your content
  7. Use appropriate hashtags to further your videos reach
  8. Evergreen content: One of the great aspects of video content right now is it continues your reach for days, weeks, even months after you post it. Often general posts are engaged with for a day or so before engagement tapers off. While you may post a video and not see a lot of engagement on it for weeks!

With the average person spending nearly 2.5 hours a day on social media, creating quality content that is going to entice your audience will be the key to growing your social media presence and business.
